Triple H confirms title shots for King and Queen of The Ring winners
As WWE prepares for the highly anticipated King and Queen of The Ring premium live event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on May 25th, the winners of the tournaments will be getting title shots, as confirmed by Triple H. The tournaments have already kicked off this month with intense action on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown.
Mixed results from RAW and SmackDown
On the men’s side, Gunther is in the finals representing RAW, while Randy Orton and Tama Tonga will compete in the semifinals on SmackDown to decide who will face him. Over on the women’s side, Lyra Valkyria has secured her spot in the finals from RAW and will be facing the winner between Bianca Belair and Nia Jax from Friday Night SmackDown.
SummerSlam title shots
Triple H, in a video posted on his Twitter, announced that the winners of the King and Queen of The Ring tournaments will earn title shots at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event. Both winners will receive championship matches with titles from their respective brands, setting the stage for World Title shots at SummerSlam.
It remains to be seen who will emerge victorious in the King and Queen of The Ring tournaments, with the promise of greater rewards for the winners this time around.
